Job summary

Targa Resources in Texas seeks a Planner/Scheduler to organize maintenance work, develop job plans, and maintain the Maximo maintenance management system. You will coordinate with production, maintenance, and supervision to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years' experience operating and maintaining mechanical equipment and related processes.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and shifts as needed.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and work in varying climate conditions.
• Adherence to PPE guidelines and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Develops job plans and maintains the Maximo PM program to minimize downtime.
• Set up equipment and preventive maintenance in Maximo.
• Distribute weekly planned work orders and monitor progress.
• Enter downtime/maintenance activities in Maximo and close work orders.
• Coordinate PMs with Supervisors and other maintenance teams.
• Prepare weekly and daily schedules for maintenance supervisors.
• Maintain equipment files, parts catalog, and KPI for department.
• Approve stores and purchase requisitions for planned jobs; review actual vs plan.
• Coordinate special programs (inspections) and training as required.
