Job summary

WE Soda USA is seeking a Maintenance Planner Scheduler in Green River, WY. This role plans maintenance work, scopes jobs, orders parts, and schedules activities to maximize plant uptime and minimize costs.

You will maintain SAP backlog, ensure accurate job plans, and coordinate with production for safe execution. Strong SAP/Excel skills and a background in engineering or maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with 3 years in plant maintenance or production.
• B.S. in Engineering with at least 1 year in maintenance/production.
• Strong SAP and Excel computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance work, scope jobs, order parts, and schedule activities.
• Maintain maintenance backlog in SAP and ensure job readiness.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and job plans.
• Manage parts and materials for work orders and kitting.
• Coordinate with production for equipment readiness and safety.
• Track KPI’s and participate in improvement meetings.
