Job summary

WE Soda USA in Green River, Wyoming is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This salaried role supports daily electrical maintenance activities, electrical troubleshooting, and plant reliability initiatives at our Green River plant.

You will help maintain electrical systems, review spare parts strategies, and participate in capital projects, with safety leadership and compliance to NFPA 70e guidance. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or similar Electrical Discipline.
• 3+ years maintenance or plant engineering experience strongly preferred.
• Instrumentation, controls and Power distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Safety leadership and understanding of safety regulations.
• Provide electrical engineering support for plant improvement projects.
• Maintain plant technical data, drawings, and documentation.
• Review and maintain equipment spare parts inventory and stocking strategies.
• Identify, support, and execute plant improvement projects.
• Perform root cause failure analysis for unplanned equipment failures and generate action items.
• Interface with outside vendors to improve process and equipment reliability.
• Provide monthly KPI and key project updates.
