Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions (MMS) is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to join our Atlanta plant. You will plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, manage work orders in CMMS, and coordinate parts, labor, and tools to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands-on floor support, strong planning, and collaboration with a team to maintain plant reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, supervision, or CMMS systems preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance work orders and equipment schedules within a CMMS.
• Ensure parts, materials, tools, and labor are available for planned work.
• Track maintenance KPIs, equipment downtime, and schedule compliance.
• Lead maintenance planning meetings and help prioritize work based on business needs.
• Support reliability initiatives, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with inventory control, spare parts management, and vendor coordination.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting when needed.
• Support equipment installations, repairs, emergency maintenance, and special projects.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
