Description
In this role, you will coordinate and manage preventative and planned maintenance activities to help ensure equipment reliability, facility functionality, and efficient plant operations. Your day will focus on scheduling maintenance work, maintaining accurate maintenance records, managing parts and materials, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant.
The typical day-to-day of this position will include, but is not limited to:
You’ll spend time balancing maintenance planning, administrative system management, vendor coordination, and facility inspections. This role requires both strong organizational skills and a hands‑on approach to supporting maintenance operations.
Success in this role comes from strong planning abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability and facility maintenance.
This role supports a manufacturing operation, so your schedule will align with plant maintenance and production needs.
