Job summary

The Master Maintenance Planner at Kellanova will orchestrate plant maintenance scheduling, balancing preventive, predictive and reactive work to keep lines running efficiently.

Based in Ohio, you will lead SAP-PM driven planning, manage parts and contractors, and support Maintenance Manager while ensuring safety and reliability. This is a Monday–Friday day shift with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Plan maintenance activities balancing preventive, predictive and reactive work.
• Develop deep working knowledge of maintenance processes and reliability.
• Coordinate suppliers/contractors and manage parts/scopes within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety inspections are completed.
• Back up Maintenance Manager and MRO Storekeeper as needed.
• Provide technical support for equipment reliability and new purchases.
• Lead supplier/contractor management for maintenance work orders.
