Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to coordinate and perform technical processes within the maintenance department to meet company goals. The role emphasizes monitoring downtime, planning preventive maintenance, and driving improvements across equipment and safety.

You will develop training plans, manage spare parts and purchasing with supervision, and report progress weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or SAP PM modules preferred.
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills required.
• Experience in the automotive industry (1+ year) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report task status at start, during, and at completion.
• Develop action plans to meet maintenance index goals.
• Prepare training plans for team members to reach skill targets.
• Prepare & execute annual operation plan and report progress.
• Support management to foster teamwork through meetings and collaboration.
• Analyze downtime and propose improvements.
• Work a standard 8-hour shift, 5 days a week (occasional weekend work).
• Monitor maintenance budget and purchasing processes.
