Job summary

Teasdale Latin Foods is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Carrollton, TX. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, plan work orders in CMMS, and optimize resources to reduce downtime and support production goals.

Responsibilities include scheduling inspections, coordinating with technicians and vendors, maintaining equipment history, and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement in a food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in mechanical/electrical/industrial maintenance.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Proficiency with CMMS, EAM systems, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule to minimize production disruption.
• Create and prioritize work orders in CMMS and track downtime and costs.
• Plan preventive maintenance activities, inspections, lubrication, calibration, and parts replacement.
• Coordinate with technicians and vendors for timely repairs and maintenance.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
