Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to boost productivity by planning labor, parts and equipment access for timely maintenance in our Texas facility.

You will manage the CMMS backlog, create PM tasks for each asset, coordinate external services, and work with operations to balance daily output with equipment reliability. This role requires strong communication, organization, and vendor coordination skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA powered industrial equipment training and pass tests, if required.
• 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Experience in purchasing or similar duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities supporting Production and related areas.
• Regularly analyze backlog relative to available resources.
• Coordinate all outside services (forklift/AC repairs, etc.).
• Create and maintain PM tasks for each asset in CMMS.
• Manage CMMS backlog to support schedules and reliability.
