Job summary

ANDRITZ in Hartford City, IN is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize and optimize maintenance at our paper mill. You will develop job plans in IBM Maximo, schedule work orders, and coordinate with operations and contractors to maximize equipment reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance planning, CMMS experience, and strong Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP/Power BI is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance planning or related experience.
• Experience using a CMMS and reading technical drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of maintenance scheduling principles and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work to maximize reliability and efficiency.
• Develop detailed job plans with labor, durations, tools, permits, and materials.
• Manage work orders in Maximo and maintain equipment records.
• Coordinate weekly/daily schedules with operations, supervisors, and contractors.
• Ensure documentation, procedures, drawings and safety requirements are in place.
• Track KPIs: Schedule Compliance, PM Compliance, Backlog, MTBF, Availability, Cost.
