Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in maintenance planning, supervision, or industrial maintenance.
• Experience using a CMMS.
• Strong understanding of planning and scheduling principles.
• Ability to read technical drawings and P&IDs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work to maximize equipment reliability.
• Develop detailed job plans including labor, durations, tools, permits, and materials.
• Coordinate weekly and daily maintenance schedules with operations, maintenance supervisors, and contractors.
• Ensure all planned work packages contain documentation, procedures, drawings, and safety requirements.
• Utilize IBM Maximo for work order management, planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Review work order history and KPIs to improve backlog health and efficiency.
