Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Maintenance Planner to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance. You will manage the maintenance system, coordinate preventive and predictive activities, and ensure resources and parts are available for plans.

Collaborate with Production, Technical Stores, and Maintenance teams to align with production schedules, minimize downtime, and support operational excellence. You will guide technicians and identify critical work for escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in Manufacturing/Maintenance/Engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical processes, equipment, and electrical systems.
• Continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with maintenance methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP maintenance system from equipment setup to cost reporting.
• Plan and schedule PMs; edit and create new PMs as needed.
• Coordinate downtime with production and prioritize critical works.
