Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and operations.
• Experience with corrugated container manufacturing preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a noisy industrial environment and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Screen and approve work orders in the CMMS to prioritize maintenance and optimize resources.
• Manage and track maintenance budget, identify variances and justify deviations.
• Monitor schedules to avoid conflicts with production downtime and ensure reliability.
• Plan and schedule installation and startup of new equipment to minimize disruption.
• Develop knowledge of production equipment, parts, and processes through hands-on engagement.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and production to resolve chronic failures and improve reliability.
