Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an experienced outage planning professional to coordinate maintenance projects across cement plants and regional teams. You will build schedules, define scopes, and align with procurement and vendors to minimize downtime.
This role requires 4+ years in heavy manufacturing maintenance planning, CMMS/SAP knowledge, and willingness to travel to plant sites during outages. Competitive compensation includes incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.
Pay Range: $107,480.00 – $143,306.66
