Responsibilities

• Plan for safe and efficient execution of work orders; estimate labor, materials, and duration; procure resources.
• Provide daily leadership to the maintenance team including area and shift maintenance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Maintenance to develop processes and best practices.
• Manage budgets and drive cost-effective operations; train and develop crew members.
• Oversee records accuracy in maintenance systems and manage projects/contractors.
