Summary
The Complex Technical Site Manager is a high impact leadership role at the center of driving operational excellence and innovation across the site. In this position, you will champion factory efficiency, equipment reliability, and asset performance by leading strong maintenance excellence and continuous improvement programs that reduce downtime, lower costs, and maximize productivity. You will serve as a trusted technical leader and change agent, strengthening a culture of safety, loss prevention, and accountability while advancing initiatives such as behavioral based safety, total productive maintenance, 5S and regulatory compliance. Partnering closely with operations, engineering, and training teams, you will develop technical talent, lead transformative improvements, support capital projects, and elevate system performance across complex manufacturing environments.
