Perdue Foods is seeking a Maintenance Planner at its Schulenburg, Texas facility to drive reliability initiatives and maintain accurate equipment data and work plans. You will develop time-phased execution plans and ensure alignment with Reliability Excellence processes to maximize uptime and efficiency.
The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Summary
This position is critical to the ongoing success of our Maintenance and Reliability efforts. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for identifying the elements of an executable work package that should contain, but is not limited to, the work plan (including the process and desired end results), the necessary materials, tools, permits, and labor requirements and developing Time-Phased plan for execution in alignment with Reliability Excellence processes. This position must also update and adjust existing job plans and equipment data to ensure accurate files for work execution and expected to maintain accurate equipment files as well as accurate, effective and up to date job plans. The Maintenance Planner is also expected to spend the appropriate amount of time on the production floor inspecting work sites to ensure that all safety and work process considerations are incorporated into the job plan. In addition to planning and scheduling, this position will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory within the Parts Room. This position will order and receive parts for the Maintenance Department.
