Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and production departments to prioritize and assign work orders based on urgency and resource availability.
  • Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Analyze equipment performance data and maintenance records to identify recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure availability of necessary parts and materials for scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and feedback on maintenance processes and asset management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance plans, schedules, and completed work for reporting and audit purposes.
