Job summary

Encyclis is hiring a Maintenance Planner for the new Walsall ERF site to drive safe, efficient maintenance planning and execution. You’ll own the CMMS setup, schedule planned, preventive and reactive activities, and raise work orders.

You’ll coordinate outages with O&M teams and manage contractors to ensure smooth operations. You’ll work under the Maintenance Manager, ensuring compliance with safety rules and CDM requirements while delivering accurate reports and continuous improvements in

Qualifications

• Higher level technical qualification required; energy recovery or large process plant experience preferred.
• Apprenticeship in engineering considered.
• Prince2 project management qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own development and implementation of the CMMS system.
• Plan, prioritise and track all maintenance activities; raise work orders and requests.
• Create weekly/monthly CMMS reports for site management.
• Communicate maintenance and outage planning to O&M teams and departments.
• Lead procurement of maintenance services and coordinate contractors.
