Job summary

You will plan maintenance activities, manage spare parts, mentor technicians, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to maximize uptime, safety, and efficiency. The role emphasizes Lean principles and continuous improvement in a multi-shift setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electronics or automated assembly environments.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with PM planning and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with clear work scope, parts availability, and resources.
• Monitor equipment performance, downtime, and conduct root-cause analysis for improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve PM documentation for new equipment and cells.
• Manage maintenance projects, line moves, and major maintenance events.
• Oversee spare parts management, inventory control, and procurement support.
• Coordinate work orders, scheduling, and compliance-related maintenance tasks.
