Job summary

Arcadia Beverage is seeking a proactive Maintenance Planner to support growth, new mixing initiatives, and onboarding of customer partnerships. The role focuses on coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability as production expands.

You will track work orders, analyze maintenance metrics, and work with Operations and Engineering on line upgrades. Strong CMMS experience and safety compliance are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or food/beverage production environment preferred.
• Strong planning and time management with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced operation.
• Proven experience using CMMS to schedule and track maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime.
• Track work orders, analyze maintenance metrics, and identify root causes of failures to reduce costs.
• Ensure technicians have tools, parts, and information needed to perform tasks.
• Coordinate with external contractors and OEMs for maintenance resources.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on planning and execution of new mixing systems and line upgrades.
• Support integration of new equipment and technologies for beverage formulations.
• Analyze data trends to improve uptime and reduce reactive maintenance.
• Coordinate contractor/vendor schedules and ensure safety and sanitation compliance.
• Support cross-functional project teams for scaling production capacity and facility enhancements.
