Job summary

Arcadia Beverage is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee daily operations, and drive preventive maintenance programs to keep equipment running smoothly. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to minimize downtime and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance management, proficiency with CMMS, and knowledge of OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and safe operating practices.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field; trade certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department's first shift; supervise and mentor technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to operations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Ensure safety compliance and foster a culture of safety within the team.
• Maintain equipment records, history, and inventory; drive continuous improvement.
