Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Planner to drive maintenance planning, scheduling, and reliability initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role develops detailed maintenance work plans, coordinates resources, and improves equipment reliability while supporting safe operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in maintenance, CMMS experience (SAP/Maximo/Fiix/eMaint), strong Excel skills, and effective cross‑functional communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience planning, scheduling, or coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms (SAP, Maximo, Fiix, eMaint, or similar).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Create detailed job plans including labor, materials, tooling, permits, and safety requirements.
• Manage work orders, PM programs, maintenance history, and KPIs within the CMMS.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and contractors.
• Ensure parts, materials, and resources are available before scheduled work.
• Analyze maintenance data, downtime trends, and equipment performance to improve reliability.
• Lead maintenance scheduling meetings and drive schedule compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, TPM, RCFA, and reliability best practices.
• Promote compliance with OSHA, LOTO, confined space, hot work, and contractor safety requirements.
