Perdue Farms, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance activities across our facility, ensuring safe, efficient operations and accurate record-keeping.

You will work closely with Production and Maintenance teams to plan and schedule preventative maintenance, using data-driven insights to optimize equipment reliability and labor utilization. The ideal candidate will have a College degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in maintenance, and specialized maintenance

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Specialized training or education in maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop plans for all maintenance activities, including data in Maximo and PM systems.
• Analyze data for maintenance planning and schedule optimization.
• Review PM work orders and modify to improve reliability and labor use.
• Label new equipment per company standards and keep records current.
• Plan work with required skills and safety training; review SAP/Maximo data with other locations.
• Schedule downtime, manage parts availability, and interface with engineering and management.
• Develop time-phased plans and provide KPI feedback to management.
• Ensure high efficiency, low inventory, and good customer service.
