Milford Mining Company Utah LLC seeks a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule and coordinate fixed plant maintenance across crushing, grinding and flotation circuits. The role collaborates with Maintenance, Process and Engineering to create detailed job plans, manage the backlog and coordinate downtime for safe, efficient preventive and corrective work.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of mining maintenance planning experience, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and proven ERP/CMMS

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of fixed maintenance experience in mining or mineral processing.
• Experience at two mining operations.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication skills with knowledge of electrical systems and PLCs.
• Proficiency with ERP/CMMS for work order management, planning and scheduling; Excel proficiency.
• MSHA Part 48 training or ability to obtain before start.

Mansioni

• Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for fixed plant equipment (crushing, grinding, flotation).
• Develop detailed job plans, labor, parts, materials and durations for routine work and major shutdowns.
• Coordinate downtime to minimize impact on mill throughput and copper recovery.
• Maintain equipment hierarchies, BOMs, PM lists and maintenance history in the ERP/CMMS.
• Provide technical direction to maintenance crews and contractors during planned work and repairs.
• Forecast and secure critical spares and long-lead components with Supply Chain.
