Job summary

Kalmbach Feeds is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee reliability and optimization of purchasing/receiving activities. The role requires self-motivation and collaboration with all departments to keep equipment and processes running efficiently.

You will manage storeroom organization, inventory control, and CMMS maintenance implementation support, while coordinating with vendors on quotes and maintaining BOMs for equipment. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CMMS tools.
• Experience with CMMS software (SAP, Oracle, MP2, or similar) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with proactive approach and ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and optimize purchasing and receiving activities.
• Organize storeroom and manage inventory control.
• Create and maintain planned work job kits.
• Support CMMS maintenance implementations and updates.
• Manage Change tasks related to preventative maintenance, job catalogs, and equipment documentation.
• Quote with vendors and manage equipment BOMs.
