Job summary

Perdue Farms Inc. is seeking a Feed Mill Maintenance Planner to lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Work with Maintenance, Operations, Production, Procurement, and Safety teams to optimize asset reliability and uptime using Maximo CMMS.

Ideal candidates bring 5 years of maintenance planning experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Travel to remote facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of maintenance planning/coordination experience.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CMMS and Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders aligned with production needs.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Estimate labor hours and resource requirements.
• Communicate scope and expectations to maintenance teams.
• Monitor KPIs like OEE, throughput, downtime and efficiency.
• Utilize Maximo CMMS to manage work orders and asset histories.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely parts and services.
• Support safety and regulatory compliance.
