The position pays $75,000 to $85,000 annually with benefits including health, life, 401(k), and paid time off. Associate degree or 1–2 years related experience required; CMMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or 1-2 years related experience; equivalent combo allowed.
• CMMS experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Windows, MS Office for word processing, email, databases.
• Language Skills: read/analyze technical docs and prepare reports.
• Mathematical Skills: recognize budget constraints and work within budgets.
• Reasoning Ability: use uptime/downtime data to generate work orders.
• Other Skills: basic general technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process preventive and corrective maintenance work orders in CMMS.
• Generate break-in work orders for off-shift repairs.
• Track spare parts and order items for maintenance.
• Create PMs and job plans to support plant operation.
• Schedule third-party inspections per policy.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and quality documentation.
