Job summary

McWane Ductile New Jersey is seeking a maintenance technician to manage preventive and corrective maintenance through CMMS, generate work orders, track spare parts, and support a world-class maintenance program on site in New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or related experience, CMMS familiarity, and strong communication and teamwork skills to contribute to safety, environmental and process improvements across the plant.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required or 1–2 years related experience.
• CMMS experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Process daily work orders and PM work orders.
• Track non-storeroom spare parts.
• Create PMs and Job Plans to support plant operations.
• Schedule third-party inspections as required by policy.
• Maintain documentation for Environmental and Safety compliance.
