PrideNow is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Indianapolis, IN for a hybrid role with four office days per week. You will lead the planning process, set and adjust schedules, review personnel, tooling and materials to complete maintenance within the work scope, and interface with customers to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling by skill, preparing quotes, coordinating with Operations, Quality and Purchasing, and ensuring FAA CFR 14 Part 145 compliance.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license required or equivalent
• Aviation propulsion maintenance experience in 145 repair stations
• Experience with hangar operations or aircraft maintenance environments

• Prepare and issue job quotes aligned to contracts; gather invoicing data
• Coordinate between Operations, Quality and Purchasing to expedite work
• Ensure compliance with RR HSE policies and FAA CFR title 14, part 145
• Provide customers with scheduling updates and resolve issues
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on tooling, parts, and shipments in compliance with regulations
• Work on a rotating shift including evenings/weekends and be on-call for AOG events
• Interface with customers and support rotating shift schedules

Position Summary:

An exciting hybrid working opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Planner to join our Indianapolis, IN team. As our Maintenance Planner, you will lead the planning process to deliver the requested work scopes. You will be responsible for setting, reviewing, and adjusting schedules, reviewing personnel, tooling and materials needed to complete maintenance within the work scope. Interface with internal and external customers to ensure accuracy in the work scope and meets customer expectations.

What you will be doing:

• Schedule Client by skill proficiency for each job to include identifying the lead technician, inspector and technicians required by task.
• Prepare and issue job quotes in accordance with customer contracts. Upon job completion gather pertinent information to provide invoicing data to the NAFSC for invoice generation.
• Coordination between Operations, Quality and Purchasing, as required, to expedite job completion and/or return to service.
• Client/resource planning in accordance with RR HSE policies and in consideration of FAA CFR title 14, part 145 regulations.
• Provide the customer and the service organization with updates on job scheduling, progression and coordinates problem resolution.
• Prepare and review of daily/weekly reports, identifying the required tooling and parts and ensuring all tooling, parts and hazardous material shipments are in compliance with customs and export regulations.
• Ability to go on a shift pattern which includes evening and weekend work and to man a weekly 24/7 on-call duty phone in support of AOG (airplane on ground) events.
• Ability to Interface with customers and work a rotating shift which would include evenings and weekends and be on call when needed.

Basic Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) with 5+ years of aviation propulsion maintenance and 145 repair stations with FAA Airframe & Power Plant License, OR
• Associates degree with 4+ years of aviation propulsion maintenance and 145 repair stations with FAA Airframe & Power Plant License, OR
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of aviation propulsion maintenance and 145 repair stations with FAA Airframe & Power Plant License

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with hangar operations management
• SAP experience
• Flatirons and pinpoint experience
