Job summary

Red's All Natural LLC in North Sioux City, SD, operates a 300-person food manufacturing plant and seeks a Maintenance Planner/Analyst to plan and analyze maintenance for technicians and support raw and packaging material inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance planning, experience with ERP/CMMS (NetSuite a plus), and strong data interpretation and communication skills to align with production plans and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance planning experience in manufacturing.
• ERP/CMMS experience; NetSuite a plus.
• Strong organizational and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end creation and management of the maintenance workflow.
• Develop, schedule, and prioritize PM, predictive, and corrective work orders.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager to align with production plans.
• Maintain CMMS with equipment records, work history, and PM schedules.
• Forecast parts/materials for upcoming maintenance to avoid stockouts.
• Track maintenance KPIs and report trends to plant leadership.
• Assist root-cause analysis and translate findings into planning changes.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with outside contractors as needed and support inventory accuracy for spare parts.
