Job summary

22nd Century Technologies, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Planner for our Hotline/Operations Group in Alcoa, TN. The role acts as liaison among production, engineering and maintenance with emphasis on data entry, recordkeeping and stocking of supplies to support production and maintenance.

Responsibilities include managing work orders in Oracle eAM, sourcing materials, scheduling work, and applying Lean principles to improve touch time and efficiency while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience required.
• 3-5 years planning and scheduling experience required.
• Mechanical and/or electrical background preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between production, engineering and maintenance to optimize work flow.
• Maintain and enter data for work orders, PM orders, and predictive maintenance in Oracle eAM.
• Identify and source materials and tools; pre-kit parts to minimize downtime.
• Schedule and track maintenance work; update procedures and documentation.
• Apply Lean tools to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain weekly and weekend schedules and planned outages.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance in scheduling.
