Job summary

A leading company in crane and rigging services is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This role involves coordinating the maintenance activities of the fleet, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting equipment readiness. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in maintenance management and strong mechanical knowledge.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years management/supervisor experience in equipment maintenance.
  • Familiar with Commercial Vehicle inspection regulations.
  • Knowledge of standard maintenance procedures for heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance needs of equipment.
  • Facilitate Corrective and Preventive Maintenance program.

Risk Manager: This position schedules and coordinates the maintenance needs of BEC equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate current fleet Corrective and Preventive Maintenance program (high-Character).
  • Ensure current fleet is "job ready," including OSHA or DOT requirements, to support project teams. Host weekly Maintenance meetings. (full-Commitment)
  • Support the maintenance plan and field team by providing logistics, tracking, acquisition, and disposal services while executing the maintenance program. (true-Craftsmanship)
  • Coordinate with Safety & Quality Department, DOT contacts, and Leadership to improve maintenance processes. (one-Community)
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite.
  • Management or Supervisor experience in Maintenance of equipment required minimum of 5 years.
  • Strong Mechanical background; Familiar with Commercial Vehicle inspection regulations.
  • Familiar with Standard maintenance procedures of Heavy Equipment.
