Job summary

IKO Industries is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Missouri plant to coordinate preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance activities. You will use a CMMS to plan, schedule, and execute work with minimal disruption to operations, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Ideally you bring 2+ years in maintenance planning and hands-on manufacturing experience, strong CMMS proficiency, and excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure safe, compliant operations in a

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Mechanical design experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks
• The Maintenance Planner is required to comply with safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company procedures to ensure safe and compliant operations; this is a safety sensitive position.

This plant produces granules from raw material for our vertically integrated shingle manufacturing operation.**Job Summary**Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance activities across the plant.
