Overview

TRS is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner for a full-time, direct hire position in Mooresboro, NC (bordering Chesnee, SC). The role involves managing work orders, planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to optimize efficiency and ensure continuous improvement using Infor EAM CMMS.

Responsibilities

1. Schedule and plan all maintenance work, both scheduled and unscheduled.
2. Manage and utilize the CMMS system effectively, including training staff as needed.
3. Coordinate with technicians, coordinators, and requestors to ensure timely work completion.
4. Assist in material supply planning for maintenance activities.
5. Lead planning and scheduling meetings.
6. Support operations in balancing production needs with equipment reliability.
7. Plan and schedule shutdowns and long/short-term maintenance activities.
8. Provide data analysis and reports to support maintenance performance and budgeting.
9. Ensure safety compliance and participate in safety initiatives.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associates degree in engineering technology or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance planning within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CMMS, especially Infor EAM, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong technical knowledge in operations and maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical (including respirator fit test).
