Job summary

Silfab Solar is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Fort Mill, SC to support new projects by implementing preventative maintenance plans and coordinating maintenance efforts across sites. Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a technician or CRMP.
• Minimum of 3 years planning experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Related Technical Certificate or PM Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement new equipment PMs and maintain spare list of CMMS.
• Standardize preventative maintenance plans aligned with site goals.
• Generate monthly status updates on Maintenance KPIs.

Job Description

• Support New Projects by implementing new equipment PMs, spare list of CMMS.
• Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.
• Standardize and prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization’s maintenance goals across the site.
• Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.
• Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce meantime between failures and minimize interference with production schedule.
• Support the site in establishing Maintenance Workforce Job Goals and objectives.
• Support the site with consolidating spare parts to minimize inventory.
• Assist with global updates to CMMS.
• Provide Constant training to all sites on CMMS.
• Assist with administration for changes that take place across sites in CMMS.
• Assist with continuous improvement ideas on Preventative Maintenance Tasks.
• Ensure Compliance with Controlled document process.
• Keeper of all Maintenance Records at local site.
• Generate a monthly Status update for each site on Maintenance KPIs.
• Silfab Total Preventative Maintenance Champion.

Qualifications

• Related Technical Certificate/PM Certification/Engineering Certification or relevant experience.
• 2 years as technician or CRMP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional)
• Minimum 3 years of practical related planning experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
