This newly created role of Maintenance Planner will assist in improving workforce productivity and work quality by eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts, materials, and equipment access.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability through careful planning and work scheduling. You will play a critical role in ensuring semi- and fully-automated equipment provides optimal output by reducing downtime, wastage, and maintenance costs. This will involve acting as a mediator between operations and engineering teams, providing excellent communication, maintenance plans, and ensuring all maintenance records are accurately captured for analysis and recommendations.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi, as well as familiarity with computer software tools like ERPs, PM software, or iPads used in operational and maintenance functions, are especially encouraged to apply.
