Job summary

Par Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Pipefitter to support our manufacturing facilities in Missouri. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, machine set-ups, pipe installations, and equipment reliability improvements.

You will work in a regulated environment with cGMP and OSHA standards, perform coatings and repairs, and rotate shifts including nights and weekends to maintain operations.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Pipefitter or AS degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–7 years of maintenance pipefitting in manufacturing; FDA/regulated environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP and OSHA regulations; welding skills are a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods; respirator may be required.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plant equipment problems and implement modifications or replacements.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance per instructions and safety procedures.
• Conduct routine repairs and calibrations on mechanical equipment.
• Conduct piping repairs (process, sanitary) and associated inspections.
• Complete pre-task analyses and support machine set-ups and change-overs.
• Other duties as assigned.
