Responsibilities include:

2. Plumbing (leak repairs, fixture replacements, unclogging drains)
3. Electrical (light fixture installations, minor wiring repairs)
4. Painting (interior touch-ups, common areas, turnovers)
5. Flooring (vinyl, laminate patch or install, tile repair)
6. Appliance Repairs & Installations (stoves, refrigerators)
