• Ability to ACCURATELY estimate your skills, job times and costs
• Bathroom upgrades / remodels
• Drywall repair / patching / texturing
• Flooring repair and installation/tile

• Plumbing and electrical

The appropriate candidate for the Home Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in a broad scope of around-the-house repairs like carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting, tile, and electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen.

Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable truck, and a complete tool set. Candidates must also speak fluent English and be legally authorized to work in the US.
