Job summary

Dimension-Hospitality,-LLC in Louisiana seeks a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the property. You will help keep guest rooms and public areas safe, clean, and fully functional for guests and team members.

You’ll handle routine tasks, respond to maintenance requests, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and support the team with projects.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
