Job summary

Dimension Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the property. You help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

You will complete routine maintenance and repairs, respond to guest requests, and assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. A hands-on role with growth opportunities within a supportive maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
