Responsibilities

• Order parts for equipment for production and ensure correct pricing in the system.
• Source parts to ensure best price and quality.
• Send parts out for repair and track status.
• Create work orders for parts assigned to maintenance staff.
• Set up new parts in the system and label them.
• Write and clear purchase orders; process invoices.
• Log received parts and maintain inventory records.
