Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge or maintenance experience.
• Able to stand for the full shift.
• Able to bend, kneel, and lift as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Must pass mechanical/electrical aptitude testing and interview.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Support troubleshooting and basic mechanical repairs.
• Help inspect equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Assist during equipment breakdowns and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain tools and keep the maintenance area organized.
• Follow safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out.
• Support documentation of maintenance activities.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and quality standards.
