TreeHouse Foods in Ogden, UT is seeking a Maintenance Parts Clerk to manage and track all inventory in the maintenance shop, supporting efficient plant operations. Responsibilities include budgets, cycle counts, MRO procurement, and maintaining storerooms while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role operates on a rotating 5pm–5am schedule (C or D shift) and requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, and familiarity with SAP or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate in MS applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP or other Inventory tracking / purchasing applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance budgets and work order logs.
• Perform physical cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Purchase, receive, and manage MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) inventory.
• Track capital project expenses and request pricing from vendors.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities and inventory usage.
• Maintain and organize maintenance storerooms.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, food defense, and food quality standards, and perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role:

The Maintenance Parts Clerk is responsible for managing and tracking all inventory within the maintenance shop to support efficient operations. You will add value by performing the following duties including but not limited to:

• Maintain maintenance budgets and work order logs
• Perform physical cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Purchase, receive, and manage MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) inventory
• Track capital project expenses and request pricing from vendors
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities and inventory usage
• Maintain and organize maintenance storerooms
• Ensure compliance with food safety, food defense, and food quality standards, and perform other duties as assigned

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on C or D shift, which operate on a rotating schedule 5pm to 5am, Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.

About You:
