Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a Maintenance Parts Clerk to manage inventory in the maintenance shop and support efficient operations. You will track stock, manage MRO items, and work with budgets while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, proficiency with MS applications, and experience with SAP or similar inventory systems. This is a full-time on-site position with a rotating 5pm–5am schedule.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory tracking/purchasing applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, food defense, and food quality standards.

Job Description

The Maintenance Parts Clerk is responsible for managing and tracking all inventory within the maintenance shop to support efficient operations.

You will add value by performing the following duties including but not limited to:

• Maintain maintenance budgets and work order logs
• Perform physical cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Purchase, receive, and manage MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) inventory
• Track capital project expenses and request pricing from vendors
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities and inventory usage
• Maintain and organize maintenance storerooms
• Ensure compliance with food safety, food defense, and food quality standards, and perform other duties as assigned

Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role on C or D shift, which operate on a rotating schedule 5pm to 5am, Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.

About You

High school diploma or equivalent required

1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

Computer literate in MS applications

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience with SAP or other Inventory tracking / purchasing applications
