Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Homewood Suites Raleigh Cary I-40 in Cary, NC. The role involves routine and preventive maintenance across hotel systems, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety. Prior maintenance experience helps, and the position pays hourly with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance or construction-related field.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance principles and practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and develop maintenance skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting at least 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, and bending/kneeling.
