Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. seeks a FULL TIME Hotel Maintenance Technician at Renaissance Raleigh Hotel in North Hills. The role covers guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas, with a 3:00pm–11:00pm shift and a 11:00pm–7:00am shift on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities include answering maintenance requests, performing minor repairs, inspecting appliances, and upholding safety standards. Candidates should have 2–3 years in hospitality maintenance and be capable of lifting up

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance duties in hospitality, hospitals, or residential services.
• Knowledge of safety standards, tools, and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and repairs independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquires with maintenance concerns in their room.
• Conduct minor repairs such as tightening toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching walls.
• Inspect and maintain appliances, fixtures, grout, caulking, and furniture to ensure proper function.
• Follow company and department safety policies; complete required safety training and certifications.
• Report accidents, injuries, or serious maintenance issues immediately to management.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and in compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Ensure professional appearance with clean uniform and nametag.
• Provide courteous and timely service to guests; support coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and reaching overhead.
• Assist with emergency procedures such as evacuations or medical situations.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as requested by management.

Description

Renaissance Raleigh Hotel located in the beautiful North Hills Shopping Center is looking for a FULL TIME Hotel Maintance Technician.

Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm (3 days a week) AND 11:00pm-7:00am (EVERY Satruday and Sunday).

You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, of guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces in accordance with property standards. Your role ensures a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for guests and associates while supporting the overall success of hotel operations.
