Job summary

Timken is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Operator to join our team. This role supports facilities, production equipment and gauing systems at the New Philadelphia Bearing plant, implementing continuous improvement projects and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems.

• Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

• Support production machine uptime and repair.
• Determine OE and replacement part requirements.
• Maintain current calibration schedules on product gauges.
• Support and maintain facility systems.
