Job Location: Cascata Golf Club – Boulder City, NV 89005. Position Type: Seasonal. Job Shift: Day.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Operator I support the day‑to‑day maintenance of the golf course.

Essential Functions

• Maintain the greens, including: mowing, plugging, verticutting, sodding, and ball mark repairs.
• Change cups, pin locations, and tee placements; repair divots.
• Check and maintain good condition of cups, flags, and tee markers.
• Check ball washers, empty trash, and remove course debris.
• Communicate effectively with all team members and guests.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or needs of the club.

Requirements

• Understanding of the game of golf and importance of course conditions.
• Previous golf course or landscape maintenance experience (preferred).

Physical Demands

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less. The employee must be able to sit for long periods of time while driving golf course equipment.

Work Environment

This position will require regular exposure to the outdoors.
